Women's Only BoxerFit

Get fit and toned with our Women's Only BoxerFit. This bootcamp style workout is designed for women of all fitness levels who want to work on their cardio while building strength and endurance. Heavy bag work, air drills, and other exercises will help you get a full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

These are pre-registered, non-refundable 5 week programs that run two days a week.

This session starts on June 18th and ends on July 18th, 2024. 

 Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required.
